I gave a friend a hug today... in Ireland... and she noticed. A friend was feeling bad, and while at work, I projected to Ireland, and worked my way through her shields. I had to be extremely calm, and almost visualize myself like smoke. I saw myself inside her shields. I gave her energy, did some healing, then I put my astral arms around her and and gave her a hug, passing love energy as I did. She told me that it felt warm and loving. She has come to recognize my energy as others have. Neat.
