It is the beginning of a new year. Ring out with the old, ring in with the new? Yes and no.

As we begin a new year, we want to let go of things that held us down last year, things that kept us from moving forward as quickly as we would have wanted. We want to let go of old habits that keep us repeating things that we don't want, things that keep is from growing. At the same time, we want to remember the lessons we've learned over the past 12 months and use them to help us make the correct decisions as a move forward into the future.

As it is the beginning of a new year, it is time for new beginnings. These new beginnings can take many forms. They can be something as dramatic as the start of a new job, a new life, a new career. Or they can be simply the resolution to solidify your intent to stay with positive things and not let the negativity drag you down. This is probably the most important thing that you can do. We all have trouble with negativity. Yet it is time for new beginnings, and with those beginnings we can change our intent and change the way we do things so that we stay above problems.

It is time now to take steps toward the positive to help ourselves grow and improve over the coming 12 months. This is what we intend to do. This is what we will do. As I said in the last post, intent is everything. Now is the time, the time of new beginnings, the time to begin making the changes that will help us grow.

In this time the beginning, I wish you all health, happiness, strength of resolve, and growth. May we all continue to work in the light.

May love and light be with you throughout all of this coming year.
