I got a call today from someone asking about a Reiki class. She said that she had been thinking about learning Reiki for some time, but had just not made the effort to look for someone. What made her decide to do it now, and with me, was a phone call she had received from her friend, Debra... in Washington, DC.
Back at the end of June (the 28th to be precise), I had a phone call from someone that was trying to find Kay. As has been happening, she got one of my web pages, and contacted me. One of the things she told me was that she had a friend near me, and that she would pass her my information as she might be interested in taking Reiki. At the time, I thought it would be neat as a lot of connecting seemed to be going on now.
Well, I waited, and after a month, wrote it off. I didn’t know her the Debra’s friend’s name or anything, so I figured that she just wasn’t interested. The call I got today was from that friend. Very cool. She and a friend will be taking Reiki 1 on the August 28th. I will also be teaching one of the people that cancelled from the class on Friday the 13th. One person is an LMT (the friend) and the others are not. So, I am passing on some CEUs here and there too.
I keep hearing that all things happen at their own speed and time. Here is another example of that. Patience, young Jedi. All will come as it should.
