I’m impressed. I made rent and other expenses for May.

So far, so good. In April, I made the rent, but didn’t have the money I needed to pay the credit card bill. That bill included things I needed for the open house, and was as much as the rent.

This past month, the credit card bill was not nearly so big (there always seems to be things that I need), and I managed to pay that, and the rent, and all the other bills (yellow pages ad, electricity, phone). Cool.

It sounds like I’m off to a good start, but I know the business needs to keep coming in, and needs to build. My expenses will grow as the cost of the yellow pages ad will increase in a couple months, and I need to find some way to keep an ad in the local newspaper.

And after that, I need to make some profit. Hmmm, now fancy that.
