I just finished the advanced Lomi Lomi class in Plantation, Florida. It was a fun, yet intense class as there was a lot to learn.

The class was small, and only had students from the last class that I was in two months ago. It was nicer since we all knew each other. Our teacher, Alice, showed us all the advanced moves that had been left out of the routine when we took parts 1 and 2. With these ‘new tools’, I should be able to do a lot of good with less effort.

Alice also showed us many advanced moves that can do a lot of nice things. Now, I need to learn the Lomi Lomi routine so I can advertise it.

One of the funny things that happened was that Alice demonstrated each move on each of us. That way, we would know what it felt like so we could tell the person working on us if they were doing it right. Unlike what we do to out clients, and what we did to each other, Alice went really deep with each one of us, which had us all in great pain. One of the other students told me that he felt like he had been hit by a truck. Gives one this picture of a truck heading down on one, and instead of the name ‘Mack’ being there, seeing the name ‘Alice’. Oh, I feel like I just got run over by an Alice. Just kidding, Alice.

In truth, Alice is a very nice person who is a very good teacher. I look forward to taking future classes with her.

I am really impressed with all we learned. I’m looking forward to integrating it into my practice.
