I got a call this morning by someone wanting a massage. And I, of course, had an opening.

The lady that came to see me was in town from California to take part in a boat race. She works on a 24-footer. At any rate, she was in need of a massage, and called me.

She had a lot of tight muscles, and kept pointing out where she needed a little more work. During the session, she asked if I could extend the time to 90 minutes. The problem is that one times what they do to the period given so that the entire body gets done in that time. At the same time, she needed a lot of work, and I had a list of things to do that was going to take me over an hour anyway. So I told her I would.

I think I managed to take care of all her problem areas. She was happy.

Now the funny thing is how she found me. She was staying with a friend about five miles from here. When she told her friend that she wanted to find someone that does massage, and asked if she knew someone, her friend had an interesting reply. She told her how she keeps seeing this sign out by the road as she goes up and down Third Street. She didn’t know anything about Caring Palms, but “why don’t you give them a try?”

I guess the money I spent for this sign that I stick out by the road every morning was worth every penny.
