I finished up Reiki 1 today with Kerrie.

Because of time constraints, she could not take class on the weekend, and could only do half days during the week. Today was part two.

This was a good class. When it came time to teach hand scanning, I went over to the office next door and got a volunteer. She came over and was a practice body for scanning and stayed so that Kerrie could work on her to practice Reiki. (She told me later that anytime I need someone, to just call.)

When it was time to switch, I worked on Kerrie as there was no one else to exchange with. She enjoyed this part as much as the rest of the class.

Kerrie felt that she had been drawn to Reiki, and was glad to get the opportunity to take it. She had actually called last year, but had not been able to take classes then. She was thrilled when she finished level 1 as this has been a dream of hers for a while.

She kept telling me how good a teacher I am. Well, she was a good student too. It works both ways. J (In truth, I have been blessed with good students. They come in, wanting to learn, and do just that. That is what helps teachers be good, having good students.)

Before she left, she gave me a rock. This was a nice rock, and had nice energies, but most important was what was inscribed on it. It said ‘Inspire’. Very nice.

I enjoy what I do. I enjoy when I teach and when I do healing work. This makes it nice.
