I set a new shop record today. I worked on five people. This is the first time that I've done that many since opening the doors here.
Although it is a shop record, my personal record is six bodies in one day. That was a Saturday that I worked at the school clinic. I remember that the person manning the desk had told me that there were only two slots open that day, my fifth slot and someone else's. He asked if I wanted to rest during that fifth slot or to work it. I thought about it for a second. Let's see, work four sessions then let my muscles cramp up for an hour and work the fifth or work six. Hmmm. I decided to work six.
But this day in my office was a busy day and it was darn good to be busy. I did three massages and two Reiki sessions. I actually had scheduled a couple really tight back to back, but the timing worked out quite well, and I got everyone done in a reasonable time.
This is actually the number that I want to work on each day. I really hope to see more days like this.
