I had a new customer come in for a massage today. She works for the lawyer that just moved into the next building.
She told me that she is very much into holistic healing. I did the usual thing, I stood her across the room and scanned her, telling her where all her problems were. She told me that it was at that moment that she knew she was in the right place. Cool.
Something else she told me was very interesting. She said that she had several friends that are massage therapists, but she does not go to them for massage. When she gets bodywork, she likes to have that be her quiet time, and her friends tend to like to talk and catch up on things while they are working. So she goes somewhere that the therapist will be quiet.
