I got to go visit the dog today, at least astrally.
I AP’d to the little dog we had found and looked straight in his eyes. I told him that I was sorry his owners were jerks and that we could not have kept him once they called. I told him we did what we could.
I also told him that if he got loose again, which he has done twice now, to come up to us. If we see him on the road, or loose somewhere, we are going to pick him up and keep him, or do everything we can to do that.
