I had someone in the studio today that made an interesting comment while looking at the Times-Union article from last year. (see journal post of April 1, 2009)
The article had been a response to the Catholic church coming out against Reiki. In this article I (and another Reiki master) were interviewed over the phone after reading the original article. When it came out, there was this big picture of me working on a client which they had taken as part of another article promoting Lisa Oz being in town.
While the article was stripped down from the information I gave, it did get the message across. Well, the person in the shop was looking at it and told me she had seen this when it came out last year. She said that she was hoping one day to meet “Caring Palms”. Wow.
I hope I did not fall short of her expectations.
