Since taking the body mechanics class a few weeks ago, I've been working on improving my positioning in sessions. Class was helpful in this - thanks for sharing your knowledge. Also tried a few of the moves on clients that were dealing with sciatic issues and post workout soreness, (the bizarre moves, as you called them) and the clients really liked it. Thought you should know. Hope all is well with you.
