All too often with energy work, we do things, but never find out if they really worked or not. We don’t get confirmation, so when it happens, it is so much more satisfying.
One of my students today sent distant energy to her mother during an exercise in my Reiki 2 class. Her mother had been feeling not too well. Later in the day, my student got a call from her telling her that she felt something, and that she was feeling better.
I love it when confirmation rears its head. Very cool.
