As far as energy things go, there were a couple really cool things that happened.
We had a series of exercises where we were working energy with partner, and I ended up paired with Marilyn. We were told to feel the energies between us and mingle the energies between us, letting the energies attract us together. As we did this we felt pulled toward each other.
Another part of the exercise involved us moving our energies around behind the other person in pushing them toward us. As I did this, Marilyn stumbled forward. I guess I just don't know my own strength.
A little later, Jan had us give each other a hug. We came out of that she again had us do the same thing but this time allowing spirit in. I immediately felt spirit's energies coming into my body and knew instantly that it was Marilyn's mother. As I hugged Marilyn the body mechanics were very different and I could feel the love passing through me from spirit to her. She knew instantly that it was her mother and had a tear in her eye. It was just beautiful.
