One of my students (and client) came in today in great pain.

She was hurting to the point that she could barely walk. Her back was in pain, her legs, and shoulders. I looked at her alignment and it was a mess. So, I started with MFR. Next, I added in some Thai moves.

After an hour of work, she told me that she felt like dancing, and was pain free and could do it. Cool.
