My friend Connie came over today as part of an ongoing trade we do. I finally got to receive some Reiki.
I explained that it has been a rough few weeks. My neighbor tried to kill herself the day after Christmas (thankfully, she did not succeed) and my student and friend was killed in a traffic accident.
I told her the message I had passed along to the two friends she did Reiki with regularly about how they would feel warmth on the backs of their hands. And that this would be her helping. As soon as I said that, Connie told me that she suddenly felt warmth on the backs of her hands as she was doing Reiki on me.
