A few months back, I took someone through a meditation to help her tap into her strength. What came out of it was spectacular.

I started out by taking her into a meditative state. Then, I took her through a door into her “engine room” and showed her how to turn the power up to full. “I need more power, Scotty!” Once done, I took her back and came up with a way of tying that into something to get her there when she needed it.

I had remembered a Neil Diamond song that I had heard that morning, “I Am, I Said”. I then took I AM and gave that to my subject as a way of creating strength.

Once that was in place, I looked to spirit to provide the next words, and they were I CAN. This was affirming belief so that any task is possible.

I looked to spirit again and was given two more words, I WILL. This is what I expected, and what my subject expected. I looked back at spirit and said that I felt these words were not strong enough. A promise of I WILL does not necessarily mean it will happen. Spirit gave me back, I DO. I felt that this was right as it passes the promise and says that I am already doing this.

This worked for me, and worked for my subject. Over the time since, I have used this with several people with the same results. So, finally, I sat down and wrote it into an article which got published in this month’s Natural Awakenings. Cool.

It is a powerful message that should be taken to heart.
