I had my second house call on Deuce tonight. He was doing better, but was still having some issues.
I came in, greeted him and Bella, and then laid on the floor and began working. He laid there with me taking in the energy.
I petted him and hugged him. He is just such a big loveable dog. At one point, Bella came over and laid down next to me. At first, she just was next to me, then she rolled onto her side and pressed against me, so I was the center of a dog sandwich. There was a point that I was giving Reiki to both dogs.
I don’t know how long I lay there like that. I‘m sure it was the better part of an hour. When I was done, both dogs seemed glad.
I don’t know what it is. I will go out to help dogs. I’ll go out to help people too, but I feel I am drawn to helping out puppies.
And so it goes.
