I had a busy day today. I did five sessions which included one session of meditation, tow massages, one Reiki session, and a session of Celtic Dancing. Yup, you heard it right, Celtic Dancing.

My friend from Britain was in today for a massage, or so I thought. When I looked at her, and scanned her, I saw something that I had never seen before. I saw a being of light surrounded by white light. Finally, the being split and I was able to see the physical problems, but then it came back together again. I just felt this powerful love, and I wanted to share that with her.

I stepped forward and let that love channel through me into her. After a couple minutes, I stopped and backed away. She immediately burst into tears.

She has been going through a rough time fighting inner demons and outside forces. I listened for a good while, and I talked a bit. What I felt was that she needed to get moving, to get up, move around, and let go. Effectively, I was thinking of Myofascial Unwinding. But I was being shown that it had to be done differently than what I would normally do. Finally, I went for my iPod and started looking up some music on it. I was thinking of this nice piece of saxophone music I have that has good movement to it. But before I came to that, I found an album of Celtic dances, and I knew this was the right piece.

I started playing it, and we started moving. Once she was going, I let her go. When she slowed down, I would join back in. The Celtic music was rooted in her soul, and it was what was needed to bring out the good and the confidence in her.

At one point, I had her moving on her own, and as she moved, I spoke whatever came into my mind. These messages were, of course, from spirit. When we were done, she was feeling much, much better.

Yes, Celtic dancing. Spirit does move in strange ways.
