This was Captain Daniel C. Roper, then
commander of the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Enterprise, CVN 65. The
uniform was made as part of Operation Trek Rec Deck, creating a recreation
area on the aircraft carrier and supplying it with Star Trek memorabilia. His costumer is wearing a costume designed and created
for Lightyears.
