Pon Farr

This was one of those weird songs that just sort of came out. Shirley had an idea for a cute little song that would use a few of the 'in jokes' from Star Trek such as Kirk's love affair partner each week being dubbed 'bimbo of the week', or the simplistic makeup habits of different aliens on Next Gen coming to be known as 'forehead of the week' as that was the only difference in most guests. Taking an old, well-known tune, she came up with this.
