I'm making this up as I go - The movie "Raiders of the lost Ark".  Indiana Jones is going after the ark and tells the people he is with "I'm making this up as I go along".

Good night Mrs. Calabash wherever you are. - At the end of his 50s TV show, Jimmy Durante would always say this.  I don't think anyone ever found out who Mrs. Calabash was.
