I get packages delivered all of the time (and I won't mention those that throw your packages at your front door from 20 feet away during the holiday season).  But this is how a package was left in my lobby.  It is obvious that the delivery person can not read.  But that does make one wonder how they found the address to deliver it to if they can't read.  Maybe they just can't follow directions.
