The first thing I thought when I noticed this was that someone does not know how to spell TIP (as in Sirloin Tip).  Maybe they were selling a different part of the cow.  I find that thought udderly ridiculous.  This sign appeared at one of my local Applebee's.  The actual text was "GET IT HERE" but a storm removed two letters and pushed one into the other word.
