Well, not only can you go into Ace Hardware and buy sod and plugs, you can pay your fee so you can have weeds.  Or is that a fee for having weeds?  I wonder if Ace really goes around and checks your lawn and sends you a bill.  At least we now know where to go to pay the fee.
