Booking and Cancellation Policies For All Classes
Caring Palms does not take security deposits like some other businesses. We believe that since the price is low (comparatively) that full payment must be made at the time of registration. The cost for each class is $150.
There are two target periods that we look for in registrations. Because these classes are taught at a hotel, we require a minimum of four (4) students to hold classes there. We need to know this number eight (8) days before the class date to confirm or cancel the hotel. If registrations have met this four person quota, students may still register up to two (2) days before the class date. Caring Palms can teach to two (2) students at Brian’s home. All registrations must be compete two (2) days before the class date.

Online purchase options is: “I’d like to pay in full”
Or call the Caring Palms Studio and give credit card information over the phone.
If the student needs to cancel, there are three options…
1) The student may change to an already existing class date with no penalty.
2) The student may request a private class provided there are two paying students. (Caring Palms can teach any class to two students at the Brian’s home provided the availability will allow it. )
3) If the class is not rescheduled, the student may request a refund of their payment provided cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days before the class date. If the cancellation notice is received after the stated time periods, the deposit is forfeit. If cancellation is made on the day of the class or after, all monies paid are forfeit.
