The hotel is 11 blocks from Third Street (the main thoroughfare up and down the beaches area) and 10 blocks north of the Caring Palm Studio. We will be in one of the conference rooms. Please come early.

Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring water or something to drink in a sealed cup or bottle. In case we do not have enough massage tables, we will be laying on conference room tables. If you have a blanket or yoga mat to provide some softness, please bring it. We may need them, we may not. If you can bring a massage table, please let me know.
