For the most part, massage is scheduled in one-hour sessions. Other session lengths can be scheduled from 30 minutes ( which is used to work on specific problem areas only) up to 90 minutes.
Reiki sessions are whatever length they need to be, usually no more than an hour. Since Reiki energy is passed into the client until the body decides that it has had enough, no set time is given for a session. The average session is around 45 minutes to an hour and Caring Palms schedules them in one hour increments.
A massage or Reiki session can be scheduled at any time.Caring Palms is located in Jacksonville Beach inside Shine Wellness at 315 10th Avenue South, behind the Benjamin Moore paint store. (see Directions)

Sessions are by Appointment only. Appointments may be available outside normal hours. Please call to inquire.

If you need to postpone or cancel a scheduled session, you may do so online through the reminder link each person receives, or please call as early as possible so we can book that time with another client. Also, please call rather than just not show up. Since no deposit is taken for sessions, there is no cancellation fee.
